Is it “my apologies for” or “my apologies on”?

My client wanted to know is it “My apologies for” or “My apologies on”?

You can use both when #speakingEnglish, but you need to make sure you have the correct word after the preposition. Following “for” you need the gerund (ing form). Following “on”, you can have a basic noun. I’m sure there will be some exceptions, and it’s unlikely that this will be “correct” for TOEFL or TOEIC. But for #spokenEnglish, now you know!
